At Artknit Studios, we are committed to conscious consumption and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
